AIRCRAFT/AC-6 FMB

owner: Shin

2022.10: This is the second one of the exact same model, bottom image.
I bought it because it was a little more beautiful than the one I originally had and it had a bird's eye maple neck.
Unfortunately, the bridge or the neck is misaligned and the octave does not match slightly, so I decided to have it repaired at the workshop.
I changed only the wiring of the coil used for the front PU every time.
2023.2: I had the workshop do some fret rubbing and nut height adjustment using Plek, and the part where the octave adjustment of the first string was questionable was done by modifying the saddle itself to make it easier to play without being a major project.

sound features

The unique muddiness felt when playing the TONE ZONE position around the 12th floor makes it pleasant to play when distorted.
Because of its very unique specifications, it is not a guitar that is easy to play for everyone, but once again we feel that this model is filled with ideas from that time, such as the control specifications, each of which has its own meaning.

Shin

This is the signature model of Michiya Haruhata, the guitarist of the Japanese rock band TUBE.

You can watch the performance in the live video around 2000.

Ah, interesting. I've seen Michiya Haruhata's signature model before, but I didn't realize it came in a finish like that.
