Aug. 22, 2019: It has quite a bit of use, but the neck area and frets are not that bad and it looks like the previous owner was a player who treated it well.
I wanted a FRT-II equipped Strat with PG and no recess processing, so this is pretty much the ideal spec.
The body seems to have been used without PG.
The body is HSH, but there is no space for PU feet like AC7, so it is designed for SSH layout.
The insert block was cracked when I bought it, so I'm having it replaced and the crack between the stud and the PU zaguri repaired.
2019.12.23: The bridge area of the stock PG is starting to interfere with the bridge, so I had a new one made with a modified shape and a different PU layout.
I also had a counterbore dug for the front hum to accommodate 2 hums.
