Curly maple is a beautiful model.
Piezo bridge.
The PU arrangement is unique. From the front, P90, single, and hum (Bill Lawrence L500).
Piezo is through a preamp, so it sounds fat and nice.
There are two jacks, so that only the piezo can be output independently.
