2020.12.27: I can't find much information about it, but it seems to be this model number.
It is similar to the recent FR-ELT, but the top material is thick curly maple.
The bridge is FRT-5PRO, which was often used in low-priced models at that time, so it seems that this model was focused on upgrading the body material while keeping the price low.
I wonder if the SSH layout was used for the counterbore to make it easier to make derivative models. I expect so.
The condition is quite good, and the protective film is still on the paneling.
The neck is thin and narrow, which was popular at the time, and the fingerboard has a scarf-jointed head with a little corner.
The neck pocket is handwritten with the number 850, and the serial number has no meaning as a standard for identification, but according to the Internet information, it was a spot model from around 1996, so the model number and production period seem to match, starting with 6.
The pots are Vol:B500k ohm and Tone:A500k ohm as the theory goes, but there was a single capacitor on it.
The wiring is such that only the rear PU is auto-tapped when mixed with the center, which is a wiring pattern I had never thought of, and it was a good learning experience.
2021.2: The thinness of the neck was not quite right for me, and the nut was a little high, so I sold it hoping it would go to a collector rather than send it for repair.
