It used to be (still is?) It is an unpopular pancake Les Paul.
However, it has a lot of resonance, including a raw sound. The weight is light (compared to the same Custom of the same age).
It feels so good to play that you forget the time passing by.
Of course, every single screw has been kept as original.

If a guitar doesn't sound now, it won't sound forever, even if it's been several years since you bought an expensive Custom Shop-made guitar. But you may find unexpected bargains if it is made of good wood (at that time), no matter how many pieces or plywood it is.
