Gibson Melidy Maker 59
owner:
Ongine
This is a '59 Gibson Melody Maker. It was given to me in a very modified and far from original condition, and I refinished and modified it during my student days to make it a usable guitar while keeping it as close to a vintage look as possible.

| sound features | The Honduran mahogany 1P body has a thicker sound than its size would suggest. The short scale of the body may make it low-tension, but the 17° head angle gives it a comfortable tension feeling. |
