Jaguar mod
owner: Ogyuu09
Fender Japan JG66
I fell in love with the looks at first sight and bought it used.
Modifications
Changed the wiring to USA standard and Belden.
Changed both PUs to Duncan SJAG-2 hot.
Changed the bridge to Mastery.
Buzz stop bar installed.
Noise suppression
The stock PUs were a little too loud, so they were replaced with Duncan PUs.
Also, the sound of the saddle was not to my liking, so I replaced it with a Mastery M2 bridge.
A buzz stop bar was installed to increase tension.
Transformed into a Jaguar that can handle down tuning.
I spent quite a bit of money on the modifications, and as a result, the cost of the modifications was almost equal to the price of the guitar itself...lol!
I'm very attached to it because of all the work I put into it.
Personally, I would like to use it more, but it is not well received by the band members during sessions, so I don't get to use it as much as I would like.
