(Sale) Chatting Bird caparison DESIGN
owner: Shin
2015.4.4: I wanted a TAT from caparison but thought it was too expensive to buy.
I was researching the other day and found out that Dellinger has a low-cost model on Chatting Bird and found it on Yahoo Auctions.
It was in good condition overall, with only some fretting and screw chinks.
When I got it, the selector was wired backwards from the normal front and rear.
The neck center was slightly off-center, and since it is a bolt-on, I tried to fix it easily, but it didn't make much difference when I tightened it up...
The neck is about the same thickness as a slightly rounded Ibanez and is very easy to play.
Also, I have been interested in FRT by GOTOH for a while, and I bought it without knowing it was on this list.
By the way, it seems that the sales period was short because Republic Trading Company, which ran Caparison, went bankrupt a few months after this was released.
2015.5.6 It turned out that the wiring of the selector was still not genuine, and I rewired it, but the part was just at the end of its life.
2015.5.31 Selector replaced and tone capacitor replaced with orange.
2016.5.3: In order to put the orange drop on the Forrest, I replaced it with the capacitor that was on the Forrest.
It still sounds sharp enough.
2016.8:Sold for liquidation due to infrequent use.
