2017.8.18: I got this from a follower who let me stay when I went on a trip.
I was not sure about its condition when I got it, but I was able to make it into a reasonable condition using stock parts I had on hand and parts I got from the Polish shop.
I can't decipher the model name on the pocket of the neck.
2018.4: I returned it to the former owner because the pressure of the house was getting too much.
