Mystery Painted Guitar

owner: Strummer

It is a Godin Radiator.
When I removed the pickguard, it was a perfect semi-follow.
It is made of all maple, just like in Canada.
Found at a recycle store, the frets were quite worn out, so I bargained and bought it for 20,000 yen.
Mysterious painting on the pickguard covering the whole body.
The previous owner bought it in Okinawa.
The paintwork is not amateurish, and the signature is illegible and remains a mystery.
Radiator alone is rare, and this painting makes a big impact.

Manufactured in Canada & assembled in the U.S.

sound features

The PU is a GODIN original single, not a mini hum.
At first I thought it sounded like a Telecas Thinline, but it is more like a P-90 with a little more character.
The neck is a medium scale 24F with a large r, which is closer to a gibson than to a Fender.
As the "Radiator Cool Sound" logo on the body says, this guitar is cool (well, it is a radiator).
