It's a little heavy
owner: Yasudaamura
Personally, I think it's the simplest set in the world, and it can do so many things that there's virtually no music it can't do.
As you can see, it's all antiques.
The top power supply.
From the top
Roland GP-100
Roland GR-50
Guyatone PA-5500F (full tube power amp)
I like Roland.
By the way, the cavi is Guyatone. 4 10" Celestion (maybe Vintage30) is on it.
Now I need a MIDI footswitch...

sound features | You can get a variety of guitar sounds with the GP-100 and a variety of instrument sounds with the GR-50. You can play around with the preamps depending on your character, for example, if you set the pre to a JC-120, it will sound like a normal jazz/fusion type of sound. I have it set to a basic heavy distortion sound, but with a single pickup it's a 5150, and with a humbucker pickup it's a I set it to Soldano. By the way, the basic setting is based on Van Halen's sound when he came to Japan in 1998. |
purchase price | They were all used, so they were cheap. |
type of gear | Digital preamps, guitar synths and tube power amps |
