(Sold) Component Strat.
owner: Shin
2021.11.27: I bought a used one in a store with unknown details but the wood used is quite gorgeous.
It was brought in by a regular customer and seems to have been made by a former Fender builder, but there is no proof of this, and the neck pocket has June 08 written in pencil and what looks like a serial number on the neck.
The body is ash veneer and the neck is bird's eye maple 1P.
The fingerboard has a V-shape with a loose, modern radius and is not too thin.
The fingerboard edge is rounded too much toward the high position on the 6th string side, so the strings may fall off depending on how you play.
There is a Fender CS sticker on the PU, but the model is unknown.
The center is non-reverse, so it is probably a 54 or Fat 50's. All the electronics are USA spec.
The capacitors are all USA specs, and the capacitors are orange drop, and the capacitors are conductive.
I added a nut for the space between the knob and PG because all three pots are not short type and there was a big gap between the knob and the PG.
2021.12.7: The height of the nut was adjusted at the workshop.
2024.2:I sold it to a friend who wanted a strat.
