Apparently, it is a circuit similar to Mod Tone.
It seems to be positioned as a hybrid delay that uses an IC even though it is an analog delay.
I bought it at Hard-Off as a junk at a low price.
The original price is about 8k, so it usually works well.

LED is changed to blue.
