(Sold)AriaPro2/LP-700CH(?)
owner: Shin
2020.4.21: I found this in a store that looks like a graveyard of musical instruments.
It was in almost new condition and there was a film left on the PG, but the glue component was brownish and looked bad, so I removed it, but it was hard work, lol.
A strap pin was added to the back of the head.
It has a pancake body and fret edge binding, similar to the original Les Paul from the early 70's, but it is very heavy.
The description says the top wood is veneer maple, but this is a 3-piece, so maybe it is a 600 with 700 parts?
I saw "60" handwritten on the rear PU counterbore.
Well, there used to be many guitars that differed from the catalog, so I can't say for sure.
The pegs are glow-torque type, but I can't find any mechanism to adjust the torque, so I think I should replace them, but the nuts that hold the pegs are smaller than GOTOH's, so I can't just snap them on...
2020.4.30: When I bought this guitar, the selector was defective and the front did not sound good, and when I replaced it, the rear sound started to be unstable.
However, no matter how hard I tried to use the stock PU, only the 6th string sounded strange and muddy, so I replaced both the front and rear with Duncan 59s.
2022.2: I sold it back to the stock PU because I also have two Gibson original.
