Schecter Hellraiser C-7

owner: Akitoki

I was fascinated by Mook's MIYA and kept thinking, "I want a 7-string guitar anyway! I bought it used, just as I had come to like the sound of EMG.
It is an early model of C-7, which is rarely distributed nowadays. It is a back-threaded 26.5inch guitar, so there is enough tension.
I played everything with this one for less than 2 years. Later, I owned medium scale guitars such as Mockingbird and Les Paul, but I was so used to the 7-string 26.5inch that I was shocked at how thin and short the neck was. I was so used to 7-string 26.5inch guitars that I was shocked at how thin and short the neck was.
I started using it in "Kagori-kyo" and used it as my main guitar until "Reverberation, Shigishi kara no kara. I was playing it as my main guitar until "Reverberation, Beyond the Shore".
It is a sound that I am familiar with, so I think it will continue to be my main guitar for some reason.
I recently replaced the rear PU with an EMG 81-7.

sound features

The sound is warm, as all-mahogany. It is not as tight as maple, but the EMG707 seems to complement it well. The scale is long enough to provide enough tension even when the scale is lowered by a semitone to Low A#.
