AIRCRAFT/AC-7? 3TS

2020.3.27: It looks vintage, but it's probably an AC-7.
The internet is a scary place, so I did some research and found a picture that was posted by the owner over 10 years ago...
The owner explained that it was probably an AC-7 with Fender Noiseless x3 and 3TS on the neck pocket, so maybe 3 tone sunburst poly paint was the spec at the time it was made?
From there, I'm guessing it's been repainted twice with lacquer, and the rear PU, pots and capacitors have been replaced.
The Vol is probably the same smooth taper Vol spec as the Schecter I just bought, and all three pots are CTS, but the wiring work is not very clean.
It also has a tone capacitor for the hum, but the wiring doesn't work for the rear PU, so I might change it.
This is the first time I got an Airacra with a rose fretboard.
The burst is a bit subtle, and the side jack and heel-less finish are modern specs for ease of playing.
May 15, 2020: I changed the PU to HSH layout to match the pots that were on it.
2020.7.12: I suddenly noticed that the body size is slightly larger than the other AC7s.
I think the model number is determined by the outer diameter of the body, but I'm not sure if the model number is really correct since the body size is the same as my AC5J, which I think is similar to the AC4, but the heel-less processing and side jack specifications are also elements of the AC7...
The FRT spec on the 2023.3:3 single was hard to find, and the single size hum was kind of subtle, so I had a new pickguard made.
I had the pickguard made from a HSH that had been drilled in a separate room, but the depth of the hum leg and the tip of the mounting screws were for direct mounting, so I had them re-drilled there.
The 3 knobs were changed to a simple 2 knob design, and the position of the knobs was shifted to prevent the hand from hitting the Vol.
I checked the pots on the previous assembly and found that they were specified as noiseless pots, so I changed all the pots except for the selector.
2024.10: I changed it back to the original PG and PU specifications for a test.
The center and front PUs were changed to SSL-1, and the electrical circuit was changed to a single coil circuit.
I found that there is not enough room for the selector and the zaguri, and if I press it hard enough, it loses sound in positions 2 to 4... so I may revert back to the reworked PG...
