Fender Japan JV Serial
This is an early model right after Fender Japan was founded.
I heard that models with serial numbers starting with JV are now rare.
However, the original parts of this guitar are only the wood, the plate of the neck joint, the block of the bridge, and some screws. Everything else has been replaced with something else.
The body wood is completely dry, so the sound is really good. It's like the whole guitar is resonating and burbling loudly.
I peeled off the paint randomly with a stripper. Later I sprayed a thin layer of clear lacquer over it.
As a result, it looks very dirty.
But I like the sound very much and it is still my main guitar for rock and blues.
1982 or '83.
made in Japan
They sound very loud.
I think it was about 70-80 thousand.
