I tried playing it in tuning from 6-string A to 1-string A, and it sounded like an organ, which was interesting, but it was difficult to use.
I tried to use it as a 6-string bass in E tuning, but the tension of the 6th string was dull and the pitch was unstable.
It is currently on loan, but when I get it back, I will try to find the right tuning so that I can use it.
