2023.12.11: I had never owned one of these mass-produced Mockingbirds, and after a leisurely search, I was finally able to buy one that fit my budget just in time for Hide's birthday.
The body and head top had been painted after being used for many years by previous owners.
I managed to remove the paint with ethanol, but there are quite a few dents on the body and the frets are worn out.
The other parts are still usable for the time being, so it is in usable condition as an instrument.
I removed the rear cover and found that it has the same bar pole piece as EMG's. I feel that they are trying to make it as close to the real thing as possible.
Both of the additional switches are not wired, but I think I can make use of them after replacing the PU.
2024.2: I was wondering if I should use it while customizing it, but in the end I sold it.
I am going to look for a better one.
